Fee Schedule 2025

Initial Intake Session (55-60 minutes):  $160

Follow up appointments (55 minutes):  $140

Follow-up appointments (30-45 minutes):  $120

Initial Couples Counseling Intake Session (55-60 minutes): $160

Follow-up Couples Counseling Appointments (55-60 minutes):  $140

Accelerated Couples Counseling:

• $600 per 5 hour block (Snacks and beverages included)
• $400 per 3 hour block

*This Service can not be billed through insurance

General Consult/Non-therapeutic Collateral Engagement:

• $25 per 15 minutes

*This includes but is not limited to:  FMLA paperwork completion, requested letter writing, records preparation, and requested professional consultation

Legal Consult:

• $50 per 15 minutes

 *This includes but is not limited to:  Letter writing, consulting with Guardian Ad Litems’s, records preparation, and any sort of requested court appearance

No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee

Reduce Fee Sessions: With a Supervised Clinical Intern

*Billing insurance is a privileged service.  The client is responsible for any fees that insurance companies do not cover.  The client must provide 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment or needing to reschedule an appointment.  A $75 no-show/late cancellation fee applies to missed appointments and those cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.  As a courtesy, the client will be provided a one-time fee waiver for a no-show or late cancellation.  Clients using forms of Medicaid are not subject to this fee.  However, after missed appointments or late cancellations, Solutions Counseling reserves the right to reevaluate the scheduling of services.  After three such appointments, services may be terminated and referral options will be provided.
